This service includes the following:

• Neck Evaluation & truss rod adjustment

• Evaluation & adjustment to nut slots

• Adjustment of bridge height, string saddles and radius

• Action adjustment

• Check for uneven, worn or high frets

• Tighten tuners, pots, output jack and all screws

• Clean pots, switches and output jack

• Polish frets

• Clean and oil fingerboard (not maple fingerboards)

• Clean and polish guitar (Particularly dirty guitars may cost extra)

• lubricate moving parts

• Restring

• Set Intonation

• Set pickup height

 

Premium Setup

This service includes the standard set up with the addition of a full fret dress (frets levelled, re-crowned and polished).

Re-fret (currently unavailable)

• Removal of old frets

• Re-radius of finger board (if necessary)

• Install new frets (hammer or press)

I keep a stock of D'Addario and Elixir strings. Other brands are available on request. You may also provide your own strings as long as they are new and still sealed in their packet.

Electronics

​

All electronic repairs and upgrades are charged by time plus cost of parts*

(£50 per hour). *I stock many pots, switches and sockets but do not carry pickups.
