News Update 3/6/26

I have now relocated to Oundle, Peterborough. I would like to thank all my customers in the Hertfordshire area for their custom and support over the years.

Although I have moved, I will continue to offer a convenient collection and pickup service in Borehamwood for customers throughout Hertfordshire.

I am also looking forward to welcoming new customers from Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, and Northamptonshire, and to providing the same high-quality service in my new location.

I am employed full-time as a Senior Workshop Technician with Orange Amplifiers and operate JR Amplification alongside this. Due to these commitments, I am unable to take phone calls during the week. Please direct all enquiries via email to jon@jramps.co.uk. Kindly note that response times may be a few days. I'm accepting a reduced range of work for now, including guitar setups, hardware and electronics repairs or upgrades, and valve amplifier servicing and repairs. I am not currently able to undertake structural or finish work on guitars, nor will I be accepting repairs for solid-state amplifiers, mixing desks, hi-fi equipment, guitar pedals, or PA systems.
