Include:-

General amp servicing

Valve amps repaired

Valve testing, replacement and re-biasing

Replacement of filter capacitors and all other electrolytic caps

Cleaning and replacing dirty control pots and input sockets

Replacing faulty transformers (mains, output, choke & reverb)

Speaker replacement

Vintage amp restoration

PAT testing

I currently do not repair hi-fi equipment, Soildstate amps, mixing desks or PA equipment

All amplifier work is charged at £50/h plus parts

Minimum bench fee £35

Fender Vibrosonic rebuild. New fibreboard, F4 board, re-cap F&T capacitors, Tung-Sol valves, Hakko, Fluke

Amplifier Modifications

Include:-

Tone stack mods

Adding an adjustable bias circuit to fixed biased amps

FX loop mods (adding an FX loop)

Replacing stock components with high quality parts for a superior sound and reliability

Replacing pcb mounted valve sockets with chassis mounted sockets

Re-dress wiring

All amplifier work is charged at £50/h plus parts

Minimum bench fee £35
